Join us for a night of dinner, drinks, music, and celebration. As we reflect on all we’ve accomplished over the last 50 years, we are looking to our MVLA community, both past and present, to help us mark this special occasion.

We couldn’t have reached 50 years in the community without the efforts of many people. We are grateful for all of you, and hope you will help us celebrate this milestone.

50th Anniversary Event FAQ

Is there a minimum age requirement to attend the event? 
Yes, attendees must be 18 years or older.

Is there assigned seating at the 50th anniversary event? 
There will not be assigned seating. The only reserved seating will be for anyone who has purchased a table. Attendees can sit with whomever they choose.

What time will the 50th anniversary event start?
MVLA’s 50th anniversary event will begin at 6:00 pm and will end at 11:00 pm.

Will dinner be served?
Yes, the event will feature a buffet dinner, including vegetarian options. Every attendee will receive two complimentary drink tickets.

Will there be any additional activities besides dinner and the celebrations on behalf of MVLA?
Yes, there will be a DJ (Sound In Motion) with a dance floor set up as well as the chance to get a commemorative photo taken in front of an MVLA backdrop upon arrival.

Is there a dress code for the event?
The dress code is smart casual.

Is there a block of rooms reserved for event guests to stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel?
Yes, there are still a limited number of rooms available at a discount to event guests, but the rooms must be booked by February 1 using this link

Will tickets be available for purchase at the door on February 10?
No, tickets will not be sold the night of the event. Tickets must be purchased in advance.

Will the limited edition MVLA merchandise be available for purchase at the 50th anniversary celebration?
Yes, the merchandise WILL be on sale at the event.
