Player Development
Mountain View Los Altos (MVLA) Soccer Club is committed to developing strong, technically proficient soccer players who reach their potential both on and off the field. The caliber of athletes who have completed our program have earned MVLA national recognition for our approach. Our philosophy is broken down into 5 phases that naturally progress as a player matures and develops.
Alumni

Albertin Montoya
Having been connected with Soccer since his childhood, Albertin has accomplished an assortment of achievements. From FIFA World Coach of the Year Nominee to US U17 World Cup Player, he now serves as Technical Director at MVLA.

Abby Dahlkemper
Abby is a defender for the San Diego Wave FC of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL). As part of the U.S. Women's National Team Abby is a 2019 FIFA World Cup Champion and most recently, the winner of a bronze medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. She previously played for Manchester City of the FA Women's Super League and for the North Carolina Courage of the NWSL. Abby also helped lead UCLA to their first NCAA championship.

Josh Pynadath
Josh currently plays in Amsterdam for the Ajax Academy in the Netherlands. He has also played on the Real Madrid Youth Team, and continues to shine in the world of soccer today.
