Keith grew up in Lancaster, California. He played collegiate soccer at Humboldt State University, and Keith’s favorite soccer memories as a player include any road trip in college with his teammates.
Keith has been a head soccer coach at Menlo College for the past eight years, the last four years as the head coach of the men’s team, and the first four as the head coach of the women’s team. Keith holds the following soccer license: USSF A License United Soccer Coaches, Premier Diploma.
Keith lists traveling to Munich to watch Bayern Munich train for a week as his favorite coaching soccer memory. His favorite part of coaching is seeing the enjoyment from young players competing. Keith’s youth basketball coach taught him that it’s not the result, it’s the effort, and it’s that attitude that determines success.
Coaching runs in the family as Keith’s wife Kimberly is a volleyball coach. They have two children: Collette and Logan.
